Luke Marvel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University and quickly became a successful real estate broker and entrepreneur, with over 500m in Sales, over 70 property flips, over 600 residential properties built, and as an active investor owning over 65 properties personally. With The Barracks Townhomes, Luke leveraged that experience within the operational and financial aspects of the construction, development, sales and leasing portions of the business. His expertise helped create the on-site leasing and property management business that manages over 100m in assets, helped cut costs and double the profit margin, and led development of the largest student housing community in the U.S. (based on acreage). In 2016, Luke was named Century 21 's #1 Agent in the Nation and in the Top 50 Agents in the Nation in The Wall Street Journal. Currently Luke is a key managing partner in many residential developments totaling over 500 units and 2,000+ residential lots in the Houston, College Station, Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas markets in Texas and is instrumental in the strategic planning, construction, and the procurement of both debt and equity on these projects.

I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I am a follower of Jesus, a wife to a wonderful man for over 15 years, a mother to 2 precious kids, a prayer warrior, an Aggie – class of '01, and a Realtor. My greatest loves are Jesus – my savior, my family, people, homes, and bringing them together.

I have worked in the real estate industry for the majority of my professional career representing a variety of clients including individuals, families, custom home builders, and production builders. In 2005, I was named #1 in Sales for Pulte Homes (#3 Builder in the Nation) in Houston. During my time at Pulte, I also served as a mentor training numerous New Home Sales Professionals. In 2007, my husband & I were blessed with our first child Grace followed by our son Miles in 2011. It was with great privilege that I was able to care for them full-time – what a sweet season – until I launched my real estate company Miles of Grace Realty in 2016.

I have partnered with my father, Larry Sweat, MBA, A&M class of '69. First and foremost, my father is a man of faith. He puts his faith into action by serving in many ways in his community. Larry is a licensed real estate broker and is the President of Equity Extreme, LLC which focuses on real estate investment. He has developed a process for locating and evaluating under-valued homes and shares a weekly list of under-valued properties to his clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are hopeful to expand his Investment Property identification tools to the Bryan/College Station market in the near future. Having grown up in the horse industry and lived on a ranch for most of my life, I have unique insights and possess an aptitude for knowing and discerning what people are looking for in farm and ranch properties.
