Growing up in a military family, Arch moved homes every few years and understands the stresses and complexities of finding a new home and transitioning into a new community. In the late 1990s, Arch settled in The Woodlands, TX, and has since called it home. Over the last two decades, he has experienced the remarkable transformation of the Township, including the development of The Woodlands Waterway, large corporations moving into the area, the accompanying increase in jobs, and real estate development. Arch earned a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has more than 15 years of experience in Investments, Finance, Marketing and Business Development within the Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas industries. This knowledge, coupled with living in The Woodlands area for more than 20 years, provides him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings. Stephanie Schraeder was born and raised in Harris County. Stephanie moved to Magnolia, TX in Montgomery County with her family in 2013, and she became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.
