As a graduate of West Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Social Work, nurturing relationships and helping people attain their goals has been a theme throughout my career path. Transitioning that experience into the real estate industry has been truly fantastic! My passion for empowering others has continued - while my skills in effective communication, negotiations and analytical detail work are also being highlighted in my real estate career. Upon graduating from college in 1985, I worked in the Mortgage Industry for 14 years. My last position as a Closer, I enjoyed working with the Realtors who helped get the customers into their new homes. Francisco Da Silva was born in Venezuela and moved to USA in the early 2000's, to continue his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer in the Oil Industry, building up his extensive experience in Sales and Management, for companies like Baker Hughes and ExxonMobil. During his career, Francisco and his family relocated 4 times, 3 of them involving international moving. It was in one of his international assignments where he decided to add a MBA to his career, which would later become his inspiration in business and sales within the oil industry. Since 2021, Francisco made the decision to bring his sales experience into Real Estate, convinced he can continue helping buyers and sellers to successfully complete one of the most important decision of their lives. Francisco and his wife, Marsi, have two kids, Matias (9) and Mariana (6).

I am a native Houstonian, and originally moved to the Lake Conroe area from Friendswood, Texas. My husband and I were high school sweethearts, and we have been together ever since. We have three children who attend various schools in Montgomery ISD. Although we loved Friendswood, my husband and I decided to move to the Lake Conroe area to improve our family's quality of life, and we have not been disappointed. We enjoy fishing, boating and relaxing near the lake. Lakeside living is the best!
