Here are a few facts so that you can get to know me better… I am a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. After high school, I attended Texas A&M in the footsteps of my big brother. I spent 15 years in the telecommunication business, and that career is what allowed me to relocate to Dallas. Once in Dallas, I met DeAnna. My first mate and also my last mate! She and I started working together in real estate and have worked together ever since. We both have Harley Davidson’s and love to ride out in the countryside when we are not working our real estate business. My wife DeAnna is who drug me into this hobby… but I will let her tell you that story if she ever gets the chance! All in all, I love people and the community that I live in. The first thing I did when I relocated to the Lake Conroe area was to join the “Lake Conroe Rotary Club.” I transferred my membership from the Park Cities Rotary Club in Dallas where I had been a member for 12 years.

Brenda Bredehoeft's philosophy in life is to serve people with a diligent work ethic, integrity, and patience. As a retired Texas educator, Brenda has spent a lifetime listening and considering the needs of others, problem solving, and working tirelessly for others. She brings all of these qualities to her clients to ensure a stress-free journey in leasing, selling, or buying. Brenda's greatest accomplishments are receiving referrals from former clients. Brenda is a graduate of The University of Houston- Clearlake. She and her husband live in Montgomery.

A native Houstonian, Kelly Perkins has called Lake Conroe her home since 2017. Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Her specialty is working with buyers to find their perfect new home near Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas. Kelly loves all aspects of the home-buying process, from finding inventory, to market analysis, to successful negotiations, and beyond. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. She has four children: Elliott, Elsa, Stella, and August, and resides in Walden on Lake Conroe. When she's not out showing houses, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends. She attends Lone Star Cowboy Church and loves everything that Montgomery, Texas has to offer.
