I was born and raised in Houston; however, I've been a resident of Waller County the past 32 years. My mom and dad were both from Fayette and Lee County, so I've traveled these roads through Brenham and surrounding counties all my life and still have many family members in the area. I have lived the city life and the country life and they both have their own perks, but you can't beat the peaceful charm of country living. I am happily married with 3 grown children who have graduated from Texas A&M and SHSU. I enjoy spending as much time with family and friends as possible. Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University.
