Susan was born and raised in the rural Burton area of Washington County on a small cattle ranch and is a graduate of Burton High School, Blinn College, and Texas A&M University. Susan grew up in the country and in the construction business with a contractor/father and spent many weekends and summers doing all kinds of work, from roofing to painting, fixing fence and feeding cattle. After college, she worked two years at UT- Austin then returned to Washington County and learned to build cabinets. For the next five years, she designed, built and installed custom cabinetry. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2006, and her Broker's license in 2010. Susan bought the company in January 2022 from Roger Chambers.

A few more fun facts about me: I feel blessed to have had two careers in my lifetime thus far. I graduated from Texas A&M University '02 with a degree in education. As a former teacher, I am still active in the community within the school district and in our local church. I was raised locally to this area, and my husband, Jordan, and I couldn't imagine raising our three girls anywhere but here. In my free time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors while walking my dogs, gardening, hiking, camping with my family, and driving through the countryside to take in the beautiful views.

A native Texan, Channing was raised on a horse ranch before moving to Houston. She played varsity golf for Memorial High School. Ultimately, Channing got her real estate license and cut her teeth selling high rises in downtown Houston. After 14 years of marriage and raising a family, she went back to her roots, put her boots back on and bought a ranch of her own in Brenham, TX She soon realized that with her experience and love for the country, she could help others looking for their dream ranch.
