“Who do you entrust to market and sell your home, your greatest financial asset? This was the dilemma which faced me when I needed to downsize. Without any knowledge of local Magnolia realtors, I turned to highly rated realtor contact I had in Austin. She referred three experienced realtors in Magnolia for me to interview. After interviewing the first realtor I was convinced she could do the job and thought there was no need to meet another realtor. As I had a confirmed appointment with R Group Realtors the next day I thought I should at least meet them. So very glad I did Within minutes of meeting Joe Mark Robinson his stellar communication skills were obvious, his experience and brilliant market knowledge let me know I would be in good hands. On the spot I agreed to work with R Group Realtors and saw no need to interview the third realtor. As my home changed to asset to be sold, I trusted Kimberley Robinson, a certified home stager, to make critical decisions. She choose a color of paint to compliment extensive tile work throughout my home and carpet to match. Marketing and selling houses requires perception and awareness, Kimberley provided informative videos for clients on how to prepare their homes for the markets. I took them to heart and did my part. While we were preparing my house for the market I found this home and was adamant that it be mine. Even without my house on the market, amazingly Joe Mark secured a contract on this home for me. A few weeks later my house was on the market, 7 days later it was under contract and we closed on both houses within 30 days.
