Originally from Angleton, Lisa Borey graduated from the University of Texas. She obtained a second degree in business and accounting from the University of Houston. Prior to also including RESIDENTIAL RESALE, Lisa served twenty years in COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SALES, MANAGEMENT, INVESTMENT and CONSTRUCTION. Her move to include residential was smooth sailing, and she received Keller Williams "Rookie of the Year" award after her first year. She continues to work in RESIDENTIAL,COMMERCIAL AND LEASING.

After many years at Keller Williams Realty, Lisa started The Property Team, a brokerage that prides itself on industry knowledge and a team approach. With an office located in League City, Lisa sells throughout the HOUSTON/ BAY AREA/ GALVESTON COUNTY AREA and SEGUIN/NEW BRAUNFELS AREA.

Lisa owns property in League City, Galveston, and Seguin.New Braunfels. She is married and enjoys boating/sailing, scuba diving, snow skiing , golf, dancing,and spending time with family, friends and neighbors. She travels frequently to Mexico and does business there also.

I was born and raised in Pearland, and grew up with 5 generations within eyesight of each other on a small farm. After graduation I moved around Clear Lake and eventually called Friendswood my home with my husband, son, and daughter. I am part of a team of highly knowledgeable Realtors that support each other. Knowledge and education are a priority and I take time to learn the constant changes regularly. In addition to real estate I also have over 10 years of personal insurance background. I love meeting and learning your stories. I believe in the golden rule of treating others as you would want to be treated and want you to feel comfortable and confident in the sometimes-overwhelming process of being a homeowner. I have been a licensed Real Estate agent for 15years, I was a top producing agent in Nevada and Minnesota. I had the opportunity to be a featured agent on an episode of HGTV House Hunters while working in MN. I am excited to continue with my Real Estate career here in Texas. I am a skilled negotiator, who always has my clients best interest at heart.  I started my Real Estate career in my hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada in 2001. My husband had a job transfer in 2008 to Minnesota. Some aspects of selling homes in Minnesota verses Las Vegas were very different. One big one was showing lake property in February and trying to open the supra lock box with gloves on because it was 5 degrees outside! Even though the climate and area had changed, the attributes of being a good Realtor remained the same. While it was difficult to leave the Real Estate business I had worked so hard to build, and the beautiful summers of living on a lake, I was ready to move back to warmer weather! We are enjoying Texas and traded lake life for Texas bay life. Each real estate transaction is unique.
