Claude Humbert started his Real Estate career through the financing side of the industry, as a Texas Licensed loan officer in 2003. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2007. Attention to details, being a listener and knowing how to negotiate are some of the skills gained from over 25 years in the engineering field. Originally from Belgium, Claude humbert has been in the US since 1985 and in The Woodlands area since 1992. Throughout his engineering career, Claude has been traveling and relocating many times around the world and, therefore, he understands first hand the difficulties involved in moving your family across town, state, country or continent! On-going education is as necessary in the Real Estate industry as it was in the engineering field. Claude currently has the following designations: ABR, SFR, CDPE, CIAS, CIPS and TAHS. He also became a member of REbuildUSA and earned their 203k Specialist designation. For over 15 years, Claude has been an active member of the South Montgomery County/The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) and working with different committees; more recently, he was an active member of the Rayford Road Civic Association. He currently serves as a Director on the board of a local Municipal Utility District. Claude is also an active volunteer in the swimming community. I began my real estate journey over 20 years ago in real estate education, counseling, marketing and sales, managing one of the largest real estate schools in Texas. My passion is educating and helping my clients make the right financial decision. A few years ago, I decided to step away from educating agents and devote my time and knowledge to help my clients with their real estate needs. Alyson is originally from Idaho and now calls Texas home! She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. She entered the corporate world and ran a successful sales territory for 20 years in both Idaho & California. She loved connecting with her clients and figuring out their needs.

This experience has driven her to be a successful Realtor in Montgomery County, Texas. She understands that each client deserves Nordstrom level customer service and a stress-free transaction. As a relocator herself she understands the unique needs of her clients!

A little about myself...I am a life-long resident of the Magnolia area and have been married since 1983. We were Blessed with two boys, our oldest graduated from Magnolia High and is now a corporate pilot and is married with three children of his own. Our youngest son passed away at the age of 8 due to complications of congenital heart and lung defects. My family, friends, and I held an annual toy drive in honor of Dillon, from 1999 to 2016, collecting enough toys every year to pass out to every child at Texas Children's Hospital. We are now supporting our local charity, Intercept, which helps needy families and senior citizens of the area with needed supplies and gifts.

I began my real estate career many years ago as office staff for a top local real estate company, before deciding to get my license in 2003. I then practiced real estate during my first 8 years as part of a very successful team. That experience prepared me with the confidence and knowledge needed to go out on my own in 2011. I have had the privilege of working with many buyers and sellers in all price ranges, from $20,000 to $3,000,000. Although I have been in this business for many years, I will not become complacent. Continuing education keeps me up on the latest technology and tools so I can serve my clients beyond your expectations.
